Shipping policy

Special orders, delivery fee, and protection plans are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Will not go up more than 3 floors.

Trash / boxes are removed

All sales orders require payment in advance of delivery unless financing has been previously approved by the finance company.

Regular priced merchandise may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery. Returned items are subject to a thirty percent (30%) restocking fee and a store credit will be issued for the balance. 

Clearance and showroom samples are final sale, no returns or exchanges or refunds. All sales orders are subject to approval of management.
