Getting your home prepared for your delivery.

The Day Before
The day before your scheduled delivery, our Dispatch Team will call to verify your delivery address for routing purposes. Be sure to confirm you delivery date and to ensure that someone will be available at your home on that day.

The Day Of
The day of your delivery our Delivery Team will call with a two-hour time frame. For your convenience, you may provide us with a call-ahead phone number for our Delivery Team to contact when they are on their way. Our Delivery Team will keep you updated if there are any unforeseen delays.

Delivery Preparation
- Please clear room of old furniture.
- Please clear obstructions from all sidewalks, stairs and hallways.
- Please be sure to notify our office when you set up your delivery of any special arrangements needed.
- All orders must be PAID IN FULL prior to setting delivery.

Our Drivers Are Not Permitted To:
- Delivery any existing furniture to another address.
- Move any electronic equipment.
- Move existing furniture to another room.

Due to High Volume:
Due to the high volume of deliveries that go our daily, your order will be prepared for delivery 48 HOURS in advance.
For this reason, we will be unable to cancel delivery within TWO DAYS of the scheduled delivery. If you cancel a delivery within this time you may be subject to a $99 fee.
