We hope this message finds you and your families in good health.
Our thoughts are with all of those who have been affected by COVID-19.
As our stores begin to reopen, we want you to know the health and safety of our customers, associates and community remains our number one priority. Therefore, we have strengthened our cleaning protocols within our showrooms, distribution center and throughout our delivery process to ensure the highest level of sanitation is met in accordance with CDC guidelines. We will continue to monitor and adjust as CDC guidelines are updated
The Showroom Experience:
We are committed to educating our associates about the critical importance of stringent sanitization protocols for our showrooms.
Although we have always prided ourselves on the cleanliness of our stores, we have expanded our cleaning regiment and frequency to ensure the safety of all. We have added additional time to sanitize our showrooms throughout the day. Sales associates have been provided hand sanitizer along with masks, and are adhering to the recommended social distance rule. Additionally, all associates are required to stay at home if they feel sick or have been in contact with the COVID-19 virus.
We want our customers to enjoy their shopping experience and recognize individual comfort levels. Therefore, we have expanded ways for you to connect, explore and shop with our associates. We now offer live chat, private appointments and virtual shopping.

Our Delivery Teams:
On Monday, April 27th we are resuming our normal delivery schedule. Our teams are focused on your safety first. We are already following elevated cleaning protocols outlined by the CDC. Our Delivery teams will wear masks and gloves, and perform disinfecting protocols in-between and at each delivery. For the health and comfort of our customers we are also offering driveway drop-off, if that is your preference.
Warehouse / Distribution Center:
We are applying the same store sanitation protocols in our warehouse as associates handle your furniture. All furniture will remain wrapped. If product is unwrapped for inspection, associates will be wearing gloves when touching the furniture, after inspection it will be wiped down and re-wrapped by the associate.
